Direct Loading Dispenser
- Support legs give the Dispenser additional height to straddle the conveyor.
- Letter Box opening in back of dispenser allows for single container to pass through the rear of the dispenser.
- Container Shuttle System consists of two pneumatic push cylinders located on both sides of the dispenser.
- Straight High Wall Steel Guarding System the overall height will be 100" (approx.).
A forklift truck will front load stacks of containers into the magazine of the dispenser until it rests on two 5' x 5' roller rails. These two rails are located inside the magazine at each side. The dispenser is supported directly above the conveyor by four legs straddling the outside of the conveyor frame. Air operated retractable pins will enter the side openings of the second container from the bottom. It will then raise the remaining stacked containers from the bottom container, leaving just the outer edges of the bottom container resting on the roller rails. The container shuttle system has pneumatically driven pegs located at the front of the rail system. These pegs will push the bottom container out through the letter box opening in the rear of the dispenser. The container will be riding on the roller rail shuttle system where it will be pushed onto the conveyer system at an equal height. When a container is removed from the conveyor, the control device detects an empty space on the conveyor line and will dispense another container and advance a container to the empty space on the line. The fully automatic container dispenser is designed to adapt to a broad range of commercially available conveyors.
